Dedar Singh
I started my professional journey in the banking sector as a Personal Banker in 2007 and eventually became a Director and Financial Adviser for Mortgages at Chartwell Financial Services, operating under the trading name Simple Money Solutions since 2024.
Before this, I held positions as a Mortgage Broker at Mortgage Link Waikato and Boost Brokers. I am committed to helping clients reach their financial objectives and identifying the most appropriate solutions tailored to their needs.
My services include lending solutions for residential and investment properties, as well as business lending, including debt consolidation and refinancing options.
I earned a Master of Business Administration along with a New Zealand qualification in Financial Services. I relocated to Hamilton in 2009 and have also spent time in various towns across South Waikato.
Dilip Jha
Dilip Jha has a strong background in financial services, finance education, property, and client support. Having previously worked as a Financial Adviser, he brings valuable knowledge of the lending and financial services industry to his current role as a Loan Writer.
In his current position, Dilip focuses on loan administration, application preparation, document management, client communication, and supporting the lending process.
He also assists with marketing and business development activities, helping maintain strong client engagement and supporting the overall growth of the business.
His previous experience in financial services and finance education has developed strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
Dilip is committed to providing reliable administrative and lending support, maintaining high attention to detail, and helping ensure a smooth and professional experience for clients and advisers throughout the lending process.
